ON THE WEDDING DAY

CEREMONY AT THE VENUE
- Full coordination of the wedding ceremony

- 1 arch decorated with seasonal flowers and greenery - with 2 flower arrangements (our model)
COCKTAIL & RECEPTION

SUGGESTED TIMELINE (flexible - It usually depends on the time of sunset.)
- Guest arrival: 4:00–4:30 pm
- Ceremony: 5:00–5:30 pm
- Cocktail & photos: 5:30–7:00 pm
- Dinner: 7:30–10:00 pm
- Cake & sparkling wine: 10:00 pm
- Dancing & open bar: 10:00 pm–12:00 am
Optional: extend open bar for additional hours (quote available on request)
Catering and music services are provided for up to 7 hours.
NOTES:
- Access for private events in the museum-route rooms is permitted only after the monument closes to the public, at 6:00 PM. The Garden, which closes at 6:30 PM, may be accessed slightly earlier, from 5:00 PM, provided a passageway for visitors is maintained and with the understanding that the space will not yet be fully exclusive.
- The venue rental agreement includes use of the space until 12:00 AM (midnight). This can be extended by up to two hours, until 2:00 AM, at an additional cost.
- There is no indoor backup option for the ceremony, cocktail, or party in case of adverse weather conditions if your final guest count exceeds 100 guests.
- Three options availabe: wedding exclusively outdoors, wedding with both outdoor and indoor spaces, or wedding exclusively indoors - Depends on the time of year.
