PLANNING & COORDINATION

• Communication via email and phone
• General planning sessions and consultation

• Collaborative moodboard creation (e.g. via Pinterest)
• Creation of a wedding book (shared document) where we will work together planning all details for your wedding.

 ON THE WEDDING DAY

• Wedding Planner  in Portugal team present throughout the day
• Coordination of all suppliers on site
• Venue rental fee included – Botanical Garden
• Security Guard
• Venue representative on duty
• Head waiter, waiters, chefs, and kitchen staff
• Ongoing cleaning during the event
• Professional DJ services
• Final cleaning after the event

CEREMONY AT THE VENUE

• Full coordination of the wedding ceremony
• Chairs for all guests (model consistent with reception chairs)
• 2 microphones and speaker system
• Pre-recorded music of your choice
• 1 arch decorated with seasonal flowers and greenery  - with 2 flower arrangements (our model)

COCKTAIL & RECEPTION

• Pre-ceremony refreshments: water
• Cocktail with canapés and drinks
• Wedding dinner with full menu and beverages (MENU One cup of romance - You’ll have the option to choose a different menu later on, if you prefer.)
• Staff meals – depending on the number of staff it could be needed more
• Stationery:  menu and seating plan (our models)

WEDDING CAKE

• One or two-tier white wedding cake
• Sparkling wine for the toast

OPEN BAR

• 3 hours of open bar
• Unlimited drinks per guest within this timeframe

DECOR & SET-UP

• Round tables – seats 10 people
• Napoleão decapé chairs with white cushions (other models available at extra cost)
• Full set of glassware, cutlery: Herdmar, dinnerware:Rinart Valencia, Wine glasses: Schott Zwiesel, Water glasses: Linka and serving items
• Tablecloths - Our models
• Napkins - Our models
• Bar – wooden bar
• High tables – black base with white and grey marble top

*The option of dining in the garden incurs an extra cost for fairy lights or other types of lighting. 

SEASONAL GREENERY & FLOWERS

• 5 Table centerpieces with seasonal flowers, greenery, candles, and tealights
• Bride Bouquet and Boutonniere with seasonal flowers

*Real candles and anything related to fire are prohibited in this venue.

MUSIC & DJ SERVICES

• Background music for ceremony, cocktail, and dinner
• Microphones and speakers available for speeches
• DJ with professional sound system, lighting, and disco atmosphere
• Playlist tailored to your preferences, including Spotify integration

SUGGESTED TIMELINE (flexible - It usually depends on the time of sunset.)

• Guest arrival: 4:00–4:30 pm
• Ceremony: 5:00–5:30 pm
• Cocktail & photos: 5:30–7:00 pm
• Dinner: 7:30–10:00 pm
• Cake & sparkling wine: 10:00 pm
• Dancing & open bar: 10:00 pm–12:00 am

*Optional: extend open bar additional hours (quote available on request) The venue can host parties until 4 a.m. Noise in the garden is only permitted until 10 p.m. 

 Catering and music services are provided for up to 7 hours.
